Well, they are; but they have some company. The COVID-19 pandemic has taken away all of the NFL preseason games, but let’s be honest: they are glorified scrimmages anymore. The real action gets underway on Thursday, September 10, as Kansas City hosts Houston in a rematch of the AFC Divisional contest from January. That will be the first chance many bettors will get, followed by the weekend Week 1 games, to figure out which teams look like contenders in 2020.
